exchange / refund policy

mbcollective takes great pride in delivering high quality products, however, if for any reason your order is incorrect or you believe it to be faulty, please contact us by email within (3) days of receipt of goods.  We do not exchange or refund for change of mind.  Once we authorise the exchange or refund and provide you with the return instructions you must return the goods within (7) calendar days.  Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.  Items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging and tags attached.  All exchanges and /or refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to our inspection of the returned product.  Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges on exchanges/refunds.

Please note the following exceptions:

  • Customised bags are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Please note sale products are not eligible for exchange or refund.
