our delivery terms

We ship to most parts of the world!

Shipping charges and delivery options are calculated at check-out, based on the weight of the items you have ordered and the country of destination.  We do not deliver to PO boxes.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.

All deliveries have tracking online, however we do recommend you add "Registered Post" at checkout (additional $3 for deliveries within Australia) as this gives you "signature at delivery" and an automatic insurance of $100.

mbcollective cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for lost or damaged packages in transit.  We strongly recommend you register your purchase.
